This is the agreement between the user (User) and Lexius Limited (Lexius).Please read these terms and conditions (Conditions) before using this website or any associated third party websites (Site).When the User ticks a box on this Site it indicates that these Conditions are agreed, if you disagree with any part of the Conditions the User should not use the Site.
This website has been developed by Lexius whose registered office areat “Sharuhen”, 23 Whalesmead Close, Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, SO50 8HE.
This agreement applies to the information including the products, services and training (Service) provided on this Site.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Conditions do not apply to Services provided on this Site by third parties. Full payment is required at the time of ordering any Service unless otherwise agreed.
Services provided by Lexius are zero rated (please note that this does not apply to services which are provided on this Site by third parties).

They are provided solely for the Users convenience and do not constitute any waranty or endorsement by Lexius of third parties. Lexius accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage whether direct or inconsequential by visiting or using information provided on these third party sites.

A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Please ensure that you include your correct email address when you register.
Payment must be received prior to day one of the event.
If we are satisfied that payment has not been received then we reserve the right to exclude you from the event. We are unable to accept provisional bookings.
Access to events is subject to the booking requirements. Delegates will not be given access to the events unless they have registered and comply with the event requirements.
Delegates wishing to cancel attendance at an event must be completed online and also notified in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations made within 2 week of the start of the event will be charged at 100% of the full price.Cancellations made between two weeks and one month before the start of the event will be charged at 50% of the full price. Non-attendance will be deemed as cancellation and 100% of the full price will be charged.
Substitutions can be made any time before the event, by email@example.com.
It may be necessary to alter the content and timing of the event or the identity of the speaker. Only if the event is cancelled by us you will be entitled to 100% of the full price will be refunded.
We are not responsible for the reimbursement of any expenses incurred by delegates attending events.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, personal property.
We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics or acute outbreaks of communicable disease, the availability of the location for the Event or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control.
We are not liable to the delegate for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) which may be suffered due to any circumstances or events beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, riot, strike, lock-out, trade dispute or labour disturbance, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, leakage, shortage of or inability to obtain materials, failure of supply of electricity or telephone or compliance with any regulation, direction or request made by a Government authority.
All events will be in English, unless otherwise stated.
Any opinions expressed on any matters by those providing the training or delegates attending events are solely their ownpersonal opinions and must not be taken to be the views of Lexiusor any other third party organisation. We make no representations, warranties or assurances concerning any information provided in these during events and training and accept no responsibility for the content and/or accuracy.
Changes to the Conditions
We reservethe right to change or update these Conditions relating to the use of the Site from time to time without prior notice to Users.
These terms and conditions are guaranteed by and constructed in accordance with English law with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
